A mandatory voting law ensuring that all adult citizens who do not vote in national elections must pay a fine. Abolishing the electoral college via the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. 18 states with a total of 222 electoral votes have already passed this legislation. 270 is needed, at least 48 more state electoral votes can make the presidency depend upon the popular vote only. Expand the SC to the number of US Courts of Appeals, which is 13. A reparations study must be done to explore remedial measures for people who are descendants of slaves, because they have been negatively impacted since slavery ended, by years of US policies and laws hindering their civil and human rights in voting, and unequal treatment in employment, housing, education, and healthcare.
