I was watching The Pitt and an older black gentlemen who came in often due to a swollen abdomen from alcoholism was asking questions backed by medical knowledge and was asked if he was a doctor, but he responded he was a Freedom House Delivery Driver and the main doctor said the he was living Pittsburgh History. When he said this, I knew the background story was true.
